Terms of use

Last updated: June 2026

1. What this service is — and is not

Expert Radiology is a decision-support and report-assistance tool for radiologists and radiology trainees. It is not a medical device, it is not clinically validated, and it must not be used as a standalone diagnostic system. Every output is advisory. The reporting radiologist remains fully responsible for reviewing the imaging, exercising clinical judgement, and signing the report.

2. Professional use only

The service is intended for qualified medical professionals. Access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. No patient-identifiable information

You must not submit patient names, record numbers, dates of birth, or any other identifier. Submit de-identified case descriptions only. See the privacy policy for how submitted text is processed.

4. Outputs require verification

Classification helpers (LI-RADS, PI-RADS, BI-RADS, and others) implement published rule sets to the best of our ability, but you must verify any category, management recommendation, or report wording against the official current standard before clinical use. Confidence ratings describe the strength of retrieved evidence, not diagnostic certainty.

5. Beta service, no warranty

The service is provided "as is" during a closed beta. Availability, features, and outputs may change or be withdrawn without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for clinical or other decisions made in reliance on the service's outputs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls, probe or overload the service, use it to generate content unrelated to radiology decision support, or resell access without written permission.
